Do i need to pay upfront?

Not necessarily. Well-qualified homeowners can defer payment until closing through our partner, Titus. Or you’re welcome to pay upfront—it’s up to you.

What if the home DOESN'T sell in 30 days?

No problem. Staging is booked in 30-day terms, and you can extend month-to-month until you’re ready to de-stage. We keep things flexible.

Do you stage occupied homes?

We specialize exclusively in vacant-home staging. If you're working with an occupied property, we’re happy to refer you to other trusted local stagers.
