Absolutely. Every canvas and framed print is an original—either painted by Jake or hand-selected from talented Austin-area artists we partner with. Once it’s gone, it’s gone, so you’re investing in a singular statement piece rather than mass-produced décor.

• Austin metro: We offer complimentary white-glove delivery and installation at a time that works for you, or you can arrange free pickup from our staging warehouse.
• Outside Austin (continental U S.): We ship via UPS or FedEx art-secure packaging for a flat $300 per order—no surprise fees. Tracking and insurance are included.

We insure every shipment end-to-end. If your piece shows up with damage, snap a photo of the damage within 48 hours and email jake@jakedavidhome.com. We’ll arrange a return label and either repair (if possible), or fully refund you—your choice.

Because each work is one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. This policy lets us keep supporting local artists while giving you peace of mind.
